  Bob, will you pass along to all members that have base access that the AAFES security is having a safety day this Saturday from 0900 to 1300 at the BX parking lot. She would like to have the club cars on display. It is not a show, nor will any prizes or awards be presented. It is just a fun display. I have previous commitments and I will not be there. If anyone is interested send there names to SandersD@aafes.com  and she will pas them along to the display organizer.Jack

Several members have shown an interest in continuing to meet monthly for a cruise-in even though our official cruise-in dates are past. Sunday, November 29, there will be an informal, (non club sponsored) cruise-in at The Sumter Mall, J.C. Penny side, from 2-4 P.M, weather permitting, (not raining, above 40 degrees). The cruise-in will be the 4th Sunday, (thought November is the 5th) of December, January, February, and March. Always at The Sumter Mall. Should they prove of interest, the club can consider whether to incorporate it into the regular schedule. For now it's just an opportunity to get out with your car for fun during these months. A message from the President:

 

Ken Burdick is going to be the club greeter and dues reminder guy. At meetings, he will speak to newer members and try to make them feel welcome and useful. Also he will get in touch with non attending members to encourage them to come when possible.  Ken will also"encourage" members who have not paid, in a loving way, to pay up   Contact Ken (840-1305) for Christmas parade info if you are participating with your car on 12/6.   Thanks, Dave
